First, the film screening: the film on agenda was called Czech Dream. It was a little-bit ruthless movie about two guys, who had made an advertising campaign for non-existent supermarket: the campaign got a success and it was very sad to see many disappointed people, who came there on the day of opening.

Loads of presentations – after. Some were dull, some were mediocre and some were very very good. I could mention the ones by Bed and Cultures.

And, finally, – the ceremony and the party.

We’ve made wonderful video (I personally like it and it is 10 better than the idea with changing sound of youtube videos).

There were some problems, of course, but we have easily solved them! Wonderful. Got back at home @11pm.

Execution number 1 – just faux latin without anything else.

Second execution – the same ad, but with explanation, agency name and telephone

After this, we developed our idea to non-faux Latin captions, that do make sense, e.g. Voca mel melis – call honey badger or Mel melis facit eam insolitum – honey badger makes it unusual:

The problem we got stuck with, how to convert this idea to presentation video… We were offered to make take for example newscast video from youtube and change its sound track to sound track that is recorded in completely different language and doesn’t coincide with this video.

95% of people in advertising industry think by posters. Their brains are framed in the size of a poster:

• Billboards are posters
• Street ads are posters
• TV ads are talking & moving posters
• Newspaper ads are posters embedded into pages
• Radio ads are when somebody reads the text from poster
• …and finally, posters are posters!

This guy is beyond. In our era of technology there is nothing you cannot create. And he creates true interaction between people and brands, between people and art projects, between people and his ideas.

He was asked a question, if advertising agencies are interested in his work. He answered, – no, they are not, – they don’t understand it, and it is a pity. It is obvious that Interaction helps to engage people, they are more likely to remember and, what is even more important, to understand the message, when they are engaged.

The One Club Creative Bootcamp is really good thing for training yourself as an advertising professional. You are being trained to work in very strict and unfriendly conditions: just 2 days, random people in the team, different level of team members, mentors who distract you every time (only some of them, luckily).

But, on the other hand, if guys, who organize Bootcamp are willing to get really great ideas, they should allow to take part either alone or with your own team.

In this case, they would be able to get:

• Brilliant ideas from creative individuals. (’cause in random-created-teams some ideas are just killed by unprofessional and low-skilled team members).
• Brilliant ideas from teams that work well with each-other, complement each-other and have identical level of experience and skills.

So, that are my thoughts. London Creative Bootcamp 2012 in LCC. )) Anyway, it’s great! The idea and everything. Thanks Tony De Luca and LCC for this challenge!… Looking forward to take part in OneClub Creative Bootcamp in NewYork next year!

My first idea after watching all videos, to base campaign on RGB (Red:Green:Blue) 255:255:255. These are the maximum values in RGB color palette, so it means, that every color is a part of 255:255:255. White means all the colors together. But I’m not sure, maybe this idea is too nerdish))
